SwipAlot maintains a simple policy when it comes to refunds and returns: It’s up to each seller. Not all sellers will accept returns, and that’s their right. SwipAlot will not get involved in disputes between members, we will not take sides. However, multiple complaints against a seller or buyer can remove a seller or buyer from the platform.
If you don’t see a refund option on an ad, please inquire with the seller before you make the purchase. Every ad posted on this site has various methods to contact the seller – use them. Some sellers include email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses even. All the pages have a Contact Seller option. Knowing is your responsibility.
If your seller takes refunds and returns, please keep the following in mind:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
All refunds and returns are handled by the seller. Please contact them directly. SwipAlot does not keep records of most things sold through our site, only things that are sold through our Vendor Shops. We will be unable to assist you with any information once an ad has expired, as they are fully deleted from our server.
SwipAlot is not responsible for shipping in any circumstances. We do not want the products sent to us, we will not be able to return it to the seller for you. You have to contact the seller, you have to obtain their information. Some sellers will handle the return shipping for you. Some will not want anything returned at all. Again, please contact your seller to find out their policies, preferably before you make your purchase.
It’s important to us that we keep the SwipAlot platform as accessible and comfortable as possible for all users. While we do not and cannot enforce standardized refunds and returns, we still want to know what’s happening on our website. If you feel that you’re being cheated or otherwise taken advantage of, please let us know. The quickest way is right here on the site using the Contact Us page. We may not respond to all inquiries, but rest assured they will all be read and reviewed.
SwipAlot does sell Advertising Packages. These are a digital product that expires, through either use or time. All of our advertising packages are non-refundable purchases. If you don’t use the full package, it does not carry over, and cannot be extended. It’s a fully automated system, and it offers exactly the features the descriptions state, for exactly the term described.
Advertising packages are not physical products – nothing will be shipped or otherwise sent to you. Once you make the purchase, it is applied to your account on our website, and you can freely apply the features to any ads you place.
We have some branded items for sale. If there is something wrong in regards to one of these items you have purchased, then yes, please let us know via our contact page. Send us the information you have – order number, name, and description of the problem, and we will work with you and the original shipper to make things right. These SwipAlot branded items are the only tangible items on the site that we will get involved in.
When you purchase our merchandise, it will be sent from a 3rd party website. Most shipping will be handled via USPS or UPS. There will be various options on the checkout form, please read carefully to avoid any shipping delays.
