For specific information about your own account, including the option to delete the account, please see your profile page. You can also check the status of your ads, messages, and purchase add-on’s.
For information regarding an order placed through the Swip Alot Shop, please see the e-mail you received after submitting your order. This e-mail will have all relevant information, including merchant contact information.
If there is a problem with an ad on the website or Facebook group, the ad page will have a Report button, and we encourage you to use this. That makes it a bit easier for our moderation team to locate and delete the offending posts. Please note that not all reported posts will be removed.
